Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

We will replace or correct your order at no cost to you.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Zebrion is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
